The story begins with our love for food and craft and everything that gives life flavor and zest. Since 2016, our exclusive delicacies have been handcrafted in Cleveland, Ohio in small batches with Cocoture® and organic chocolate. Initially, Cocoture® had been our unique offering for a new and different delicacy, made exclusively from coconut. The name (cocoture) had since grown to embody unwaveri

ng quality, craft and uniqueness of all of our assortments, whether they are coconut based or not. Today we are still obsessed with food and we are still re-defining & breaking rules. Our signature offering, the Chocolate SugarPlum, is entirely different from your standard, dictionary defined "small round candy of flavored boiled sugar". Our SugarPlum is a perfect pairing of California plum and organic, fair-trade chocolate, sweet and tangy, brimming with flavor. Our entire Cleveland Sugarplum Collection is our gift to the city we love and cherish. Our recipes are gluten, dairy and soy free. We believe in selecting the highest quality, freshest ingredients. Organic chocolate in our delicacies is fair-trade, naturally Vegan and made with no ingredient shortcuts or substitutions. The colors you see are all natural from the ingredients such as berries, oils and spices. We offer choice of organic sweetener with some of our confections, including sugar free option (sweetened with stevia blend). Some people think that plantain is a kind of banana. Other think of it as a potato substitute. The truth is that, if you fry green plantain, the flavor is starchy and similar to potato. However if you buy it already ripe or a bit soft and let it ripen, the starch in ripened plantain will caramelize into flowery sweetness and it is absolutely most delish when sprinkled with cinnamon.
