Here we have a Helios thread mill cutter. Helped a customer out with 9 of these super rush sharpened and coated in only 3 working days. Had job in the machine and the new ones from the factory would not cut free and threw a huge burr.
Our regrinds worked perfect so we even had a new one in the batch so we could make that one work.

Tons of carbide threadmills went through the shop today. Very happy to rework them. Most customers just run in a collet chuck but we had one customer who runs in an end mill adaptor and tried to grind his own lockdown flats on the shank (see below) So I cleaned them up and added a profesional Weldon flat to the shank. This should totally help out. We can add the Weldon flat to anything. So many new carbide mills don't have flats on them anymore.
