✨ After-School Enrichment Program | incYOU Resource Foundation Inc.

incYOU Resource Foundation Inc. is seeking highly qualified, passionate educators to join our after-school enrichment team serving elementary and middle school students in the Cleveland area.

This role is ideal for educators who are committed to building student confidence, strengthening academic skills, and making a meaningful impact beyond the school day.

🔹 Program Schedule:
🗓 Monday–Thursday
⏰ 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM

🔹 Compensation:
💵 $40 per hour

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Certified teachers, retired educators, intervention specialists, or highly qualified instructors
✔ Experience supporting literacy, math, or enrichment-based learning
✔ Ability to work with small groups and personalize instruction
✔ Passion for helping students grow academically and socially
