Join us this weekend, on the 13th and 14th, for a monumental sale at our store. We are offering 25% off all storewide items, in addition to a vast free section containing clothing and miscellaneous items. Customers will find approximately 5-6 full totes of random clothes in various sizes for men, women, and kids, as well as 7-8 totes filled with random items. Visit us at 5497 Waterlevel Hwy, 37323, from 11am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday. Please be aware that each customer is limited to one free bag (*limit one free bag per customer*). As many of you have heard I'm trying to sell my whole resale shop everything in the store and even could rent out the store. Rent is only $700 a month everything included. You won't find rent no cheaper anywhere else. It's locate an a busy 64 hwy in cleveland TN. I'm letting everything go in the store plus all the shelving and even a 20x20 tent thts full of merchandise. I'm asking $10,000 and thts only a third of wht it's worth. You could sell everything at $1.00 a piece and get more then tht. Ur gain is my lose.

The first 2 pics are from my most recent haul. It's an vintage gasoline camping stove from Sweden from around the 60's. The rest of the pics are some of my best finds since I've been in my new spot in the past 2 years. I enjoy the fact of comeing across the rare items u just don't see everyday and some of the old items to learn the history behind alot of different things. An then to pass along the bargain at some of the best prices you'll find just about anywhere is another reward I get from working extra hard as this is pretty much a side hustle as I only open weekends due to the fact I work a full time job during the week mon thru Fri. So if ur ever needing to pass some time stop on in to Top Tier Bargains any sat or Sunday 10-7pm and give a look around there's alot to look at so take ur time an find some amazing treasures at affordable prices. At 5497 waterlevel hwy 37323 right next to where the old fleamarket burnt down couple years ago.
