Way to go champ TO YOU!!! 🏆✨🦾 Get • First men’s physique competition done and it lit a fire in me I can’t explain. The nerves, the adrenaline, the reward of seeing hard work come to life. This journey changed me. Stronger physically, sharper mentally, more disciplined than ever.
Now that I’ve seen what I’m capable of… there’s no turning back.

I would love to give a big thanks to my family and my girlfriend for coming out and showing me so much love and support. I wanna thank everyone that’s been there for me from the before this prep has even started to this day.

I wanna thank my coach/trainer/friend for pushing me everyday and seeing the potential in me that I didn’t see at times.

!! 🏆😤✨Get • Monday Fasted Check-ins 230.4lbs..... weight finally came down a little bit and I was in the 220s several days last week for the first time this prep.

Things are going smoothly and I am enjoying the process. If there is one thing I have learned, it’s that every prep is different physically and mentally.

This is my favorite prep thus far. 14 weeks let’s go 👊🏼
