Dear Happy Place Family,

It is with heavy hearts that we share some bittersweet news. After much thought and prayer, we have made the difficult decision to close Happy Place Consignment in the near future.

This was not an easy decision. We have poured so much time, energy, love, and resources into making this little shop a success. We truly feel that we have tried everything within our means to make it work, but unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we have reached the difficult realization that we can no longer keep the consignment shop open.

We had such high hopes for this business, and while things haven't turned out the way we envisioned, we are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you who has supported us along the way.

For Our Consignors:

As we prepare to close, we want to make this transition as simple as possible for everyone.

We are offering two options for your remaining consignment items:

Donate your items: Simply let us know you'd like your unsold items donated to charity. We will gladly take care of that for you.

Pick up your items: If you would prefer to have your unsold items returned, please let us know so we can gather your items together for pickup at your convenience.

Consignor Payouts:

Any remaining balances owed to consignors will be prepared as payout checks and available for pickup at the shop.

We want you all to know how much we appreciate the trust you've placed in us, the beautiful items you've brought through our doors, and the kindness you've shown us. We truly wanted this to be a special place for our community, and we are so thankful for everyone who gave us the opportunity to try.

Although this chapter is coming to an end, Your Happy Place Boutique at Thruway Shopping Center will remain open, and we hope you'll continue to visit us there! 🦋
