Hydrangea del Mar I use a variety of things when creating these treasures; anything ranging from wire, to cloth, to clay, to paint. I loved them! Enjoy!

I received my first set of beads on my 8th birthday. I didn't know how to do much with them, so i spaced them out on a piece of lace and carried them around the house that way. My interest in beading has grown since then; I enjoy making just about anything. Little did my parents know what effect their gift would have on me. Growing up in a frugal household, I quickly learned the value of home-made

things. I've carried a purse for years and went through a stage of making my own. Duct tape, crocheting yarn, and anything else I could find quickly made its way into my eclectic creations. I have since added scarves, slippers, and blankets to my repertoire. I also enjoy painting Christmas ornaments for my friends and family. It is a thoughtful gift and easy on the pocket book -- a great asset for a college student.
