Responsibilities:

Perform inspection on incoming materials, and in-process assemblies and rework for conformance to drawing and specification requirements.
Perform final inspection of finished goods to drawing, specification, and checklist requirements.
Utilize ERP system with VB Scan for input to data system.
Inspect to IPC 610 and J-STD-001 workmanship and soldering standards.
Comply with Electrostatic Discharge Damage prevention safeguards.
Use basic inspection gages, microscope, magnifiers, and camera.
Work with Quality Manager to evaluate source of identified defects, to establish root cause corrective and preventive action.
Accurately record results of inspections on appropriate documentation.
Perform other Quality and Operations related tasks as assigned.
Comply with the requirement s of the Quality Management System (QMS)
Assist in the effort to improve inspection procedures, protocols and checklists.
Observe and verify that documentation requirements are followed.
Monitor inspection tools and gages to ensure proper operation and calibration. Report any deficiencies to the Quality Manager.
Comply with established safety and housekeeping practices
Follow TM business ethics and appropriate behavior.
Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

The Inventory Receiving Clerk will be trained to ensure their success within the inventory stockroom. Training in receiving and stockrooms (both RAW and Finish Goods.) will be done peer to peer.

Receiving: accept deliveries from small package up to skidded freight. Unpack materials, verify, tag/identify, and receive into MRP system. Prints backlog report and moves it with the received parts.
Stockroom: cycle counts, kitting, material issuing of raw, sub, and top-level materials using MRP system work order completions. Auditing, Inventory Issuance: Pulls parts for internal customers as required (i.e., Engineering, Production, Test, etc.)
Responsible for continually keeping and building quality in the workstation.
Ability to practice and keep a 6s Clean” organized workplace.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

U.S Citizenship required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be able to lift objects up to 25 lbs.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in receiving, stockroom and shipping field
Excellent verbal and math skills with strong attention to detail are required for this position and must be fluent in English.

Manage qualification of changes for products released to production.

Experience with MIL-STD and RF-based products is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Set up and troubleshoot RF/SATCOM systems and components, Provide test results, and root cause analysis of RMA RF/SATCOM system and support hardware to the RMA Coordinator/Lead and the Customer Service Manager.
- Must have experience in the setup, operation, and configuration of a SATCOM terminal(s).
- Understand RF and satellite theory and be able to report issues effectively to Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
- Effectively troubleshoot hardware and software/root layer modem issues with emphasis on iDirect 900 series, ViaSat CBM-400, Comtech 1050 series within satellite networks.
- Effectively communicate troubleshooting steps taken with vendors and OEMs of products integrated by Tampa Microwave. Report need to RMA as required to the RMA Coordinator.
- Ability to analyze product failure data and manufacturing test trends, troubleshoot yield issues and assist in establishing root cause analysis to recommend product/testing improvements.
- Support technical inquiries/troubleshooting with customers via email, phone, or in person.
- Ability to operate and or learn to use RF test instruments including but not limited to digital voltmeter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, power meter, signal generator etc.
- Perform system-level testing while working outdoors during normal and inclement weather when deemed safe.
- Complete required documentation and record test results and note any items that fail to meet required specification.
- Provide support to Operations Test group in the above listed areas as required to meet contract obligations and/or personnel shortages.

Responsibilities:

-Overall coordination, tracking/status of all Material Review Board MRB material.
Daily interfacing with various departments to provide status of open MRB items and to seek closure on those items.
-Work closely with Planning, Engineering (MFG/ QE/ TE/ ME/ SYS), Purchasing, Suppliers, and Assembly to identify priorities and resolve open issues.
-Assure that all Quality Notifications are dispositioned in a timely manner.

-Maintains the accuracy of identification and count of materials. Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and conducting cycle counts for MRB.
-Able to verify assembly documentation accuracy, read engineering drawings etc.
-Assist in the disposition of non-conforming products and the creation of Non-Conforming Product Reports (NCPR).
-Assist (when necessary) with the Corrective and Preventive Action process, for both internal and customer related issues.
-Assist in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and implementing improvements to the quality system.
-Assist with and/ or administer relative training to Tampa Microwave employees and related aspects of On-the-Job (OJT) and procedural training.
-Performs any other projects or duties that may be assigned.
