Let's be honest, 2020 has done some serious work on our mental health. To promote and encourament we have added a few lovely "Artistically Illustrated" journals by a local artist right outside of Nashville, TN to our shop (Booth 520)

For those of you who don't know these two are my muse. My reason behind
:
After having them I was working in Nashville as a Commercial Interior Designer. The commute was hectic and I wasn't getting what I needed to be fulfilled creatively. I was also missing precious time with my babies both under two.
:
I had a previous degree in art education where I had learned the process. That is when I decided to take a leap of faith and began expiramenting with hand drawn Batik motifs and using those to create repeat patterns usung technology. Suddenly, the light came on...
:
So, Thank you Harper Marie and Jameson Hughes for giving mommy the strength and courage to move forward with something I love. 💕

Finally able to get some much needed sewing time in today! I have taken off since the kids have been home from school. (Partially due to their homeschool schedule; partially due to my selfishness as a mom to soak up the extra time together❤) but the hubs got enough of a break this afternoon from his work that I could put a few consecutive hours together and get into the sewing room. 🙌
