Just wanted to let our Clarksville friends know that Dewana had open heart surgery yesterday. She is doing well but it will be awhile before she is back with us. All thoughts and prayers are appreciated.

Donna and I just made these adorable snow globe placemats. I just love how they turned out. We used Michael Miller Fairy Frost Natural for the background, QT Fabric Imperial Paisley Dots for the globe, Timeless Treasures Shimmer for the tree, Robert Kaufman Moondust Silver for the snow and Wilmington Prints for the base.

Donna is really into the Christmas spirit. She just finished Sleigh Ride embroidery tile scene. Again she used Michael Miller Snow Fairy Frost for her background fabric and P&B Textiles blender for the red border. The Christmas scene is all Floriani embroidery thread. No applique. Donna finished her Anita Goodesign Porcelian Block quilt and I could not wait to share. It is simply stunning. All of the blocks are embroidered and completed in the hoop. She used Michael Miller Fairy Frost for the entire quilt top. All thread choices are Floriani. The photo does not do this quilt justice. She made this amazing quilt using her Baby Lock Solaris. Donna you did a fantastic job.
