This role is for someone who can take charge of day-to-day operations, manage workflow, and work alongside the crew.
📍 Locations: Clarence & Franklinville, NY
📅 Start Date: April 1, 2026
💲 Pay: $22–$28/hour (based on experience)
We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join our tree farm team. This is hands-on outdoor work with a mix of equipment operation, maintenance, and seasonal tasks.
What You’ll Do:
• Operate and maintain tractors, chainsaws, and mowing equipment
• Plant, fertilize, and apply herbicides (spring)
• Mow, prune, and maintain trees (summer–fall)
• Assist with Christmas tree harvest and retail sales (Nov–Dec)
• General farm work and land preparation
What We’re Looking For:
• Mechanically inclined
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Experience with tractors or farm equipment preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
