I hooked up this 1984 Montgomery Ward TV boombox I found in a storage unit,
and the FIRST thing I played on it was the 1985 Super Bowl Shuffle.

Sweetness. The Fridge. McMahon.
This little 6-inch screen brought the whole squad back to life. 📺🐻⬇️

Why does this 40-year-old boombox look BETTER than my smart TV?! 😂
These things were built for the apocalypse.

I just pulled this 1985 Promotional Use Only Teddy Ruxpin out of a storage unit — still in the box.

Even the cardboard hit me with memories I wasn’t prepared for.
And yes… Grubby was with him!😂💛

📦 Today’s Storage Unit Surprise:
I opened a dusty wooden case… and it unfolded into a miniature world.

Over a hundred tiny treasures — each tucked into its own little square — a lifetime collection of someone’s memories.
Vintage figurines, metal toys, Red Riding Hood, tiny teacups, wagon, fire hydrant, radio, a skunk, a donkey, a cowboy, a mandolin, baby animals… even a little can of Fanta. Every cube is a story.

What I love most about storage finds is this feeling right here — discovering pieces of someone’s imagination frozen in time. You can almost picture the collector choosing each one, one by one, over decades.
