One of my favorite things about seeing these prints on fabric is watching them move. ✨ This is what excites me most about working in textiles, it’s taking a piece of flat digital artwork and turning it into something we can touch, feel, or wear.

Happy Me Made May ☀️✨

I’ve missed garment sewing so much. I’ve been so focused on quilts lately, and it feels really special to finally make clothes again, especially with fabric from my own collection. What a dream! This is why I started sewing in the first place, so I could bring my ideas to life.

I couldn’t resist sewing up a couple of cute outfits in the linen/ rayon. There is such a nice weight and drape to this fabric. It feels slightly heavier than the cotton/linen but still light and breathable, perfect for summer makes. This is an dress, and set in the homestead print.

Homestead in Pink Lemonade is sold out in the rayon/ linen… but still available in the linen/ cotton! I’m thinking of using Sunbaked Patchwork Star in linen/ cotton to sew up a cute for summer.

Harlequin House is inspired by play: sun-drenched summer days, vintage circus prints, antique quilt blocks, and rich, nostalgic color combinations. With bold harlequins, patchwork stars, and vintage inspired house blocks, this whimsical collection is perfect for dopamine dressing and utterly cheerful home decor projects.

Designing a fabric collection has been a long time dream of mine. I’ve always imagined seeing my artwork come to life on clothing, homewares, and soft goods… so seeing this collection out in the world feels so special. ✨

There’s truly no better feeling than sewing an outfit you imagined using fabric you designed yourself.

I hope these playful prints inspire you to make something beautiful! If it’s a dress, a quilt, curtains, or a sweet gift, I can’t wait to see what you create. ☀️

When I started designing Harlequin House, I knew I wanted to incorporate hot pink and chartreuse: my go-to summer color palette. 🩷🥑 I couldn’t help but sew up a couple of cute outfits in the linen/ rayon.

The natural texture of these linen blends gives the prints such a soft, perfectly imperfect handmade quality.

The linen/cotton blend has a slightly more structured feel that’s perfect for quilts, homewares, and garments with shape, while the linen/rayon blend drapes like a dream… soft, flowy, and made for twirling, breezy dresses, and sunny summer days. ☀️

The Harlequin House fabric collection is made of 6 prints: available both in Linen/Rayon blend and Linen/Cotton blend.

I wanted this collection to feel warm and sun kissed, with a pop of unexpected color combinations. I love the way they play off of each other when they are all together.
