This is overly late, back in April we had another AU day here at the farm!!!! We had the pleasure of hosting Dr. Ricardo M. Stockler from Auburns Large Animal Teaching hospital, along with Dr. Breanna Freeman, and a great group of Vet students doing their senior year clinicals. This is always such a special day for me. Watching these students, focus on the task at hand, no matter what we are working on, doing unfamiliar things for the first time, and watching the amazing Sr. Vets of AU not only being amazing vets, but they are such excellent educators!!! Guiding these soon to be veterinarians through complicated protocols, not just dumping knowledge, but encouraging them, and pushing them out of comfort zones so they build their confidence!!! Dr. Stockler and Dr. Freeman, were excellent with their students. And I am humbled and grateful for the tiny part I get to share in that!!!

We worked hard, ate good and had a great day. I love sharing my amazing goats (chickens, parrots, cats, cows and dogs) with others and I always especially enjoy it when we have a few converts that haven't been around these charming monsters and fall in love with them!!! Many thanks to the amazing folks from AU for all yall do!!! ❤️❤️❤️
