I woke up at 5am the other morning because my back was killing me. couldn't sleep pills weren't working... so I went down and warmed up my heat pack... put it on my back and was able to lay down and fall back asleep. It was such a relief! Had I not had it I wouldn't have been able to fall back asleep. These packs are awesome... I'm telling you!! They are worth every cent!!!

Herbal Heat Packs are great for aches and pains, warming up on those cold days, and even wonderful for warming up your pets bed. Simply place heat pack in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes depending on your desired temperature. The packs are made with an inner liner that is sewn into three sections that allows for the filler to stay in place and is covered with an outer liner that is made of a soft cozy blanket like material.
