From 14x14 cut down, to 14x8.6, then re ring install, new round over bearing edge, (also adhesive clean up, and a fresh coat of interior lacquer) waxed bearing edges, drill new lug holes, to final assembly. Basically everything except applying the finish. It turned out really well, thank you Bryan Mize for the business.

Currently working with Formica on a cylindrical surface. Want to know what has kept me up at night? I wouldn’t wish this on an enemy. It’s going to be awesome, but damn if the panic isn’t real, this stuff is super brittle while being cut, and this is a one off custom sheet, and its not cheap. although it’s insanely durable when it’s cured . 🤪 almost done, slow SLOOOOW prep work and battle plan, making small efforts gets you across the finish line. Pray for me.
