We are always trying to expand our horizons when sourcing.

For example, over the last couple years, we have picked up more and more baseball gloves.

We are often able to find them for cheap, they are easy to list, and the right glove can sell for a surprising bit of money.

I picked up this dirty cooler full of tools for $5.00 over the weekend.

I know a little about tools but I’m definitely not an expert. For that price though, I’m willing to take the gamble and educate myself.

Well, we are experiencing a bit of summer slow down in sales like everyone.

On the positive side though, the inventory continues to flow in. Even with slow down, spring/summer is our favorite time of year for the sourcing opportunities.

Now we just have to get it listed… 😅

We came across this Xbox 360 late in the day on a Saturday while hitting the yard sales.

While the console itself isn’t super exciting, it was just uncommon to find it sitting out so late in the day in our area. Usually games are the first to go!

We ended up agreeing on $15, due to the condition. I felt good that I’d still be able to turn a profit, even if it didn’t work.

It’s easy to get lost in trying to find a home run in every item when sourcing.

Sometimes it’s nice to find things that are cool, cheap, and looked past by others.

These smurfs are a great example. I ended up buying something else and the seller threw them in the deal for me. Sure, they won’t sell for a lot but the price was right and I think they are cool.

Do you ever pick things up like this? Or do you feel it is a waste of time?

I’ve done a lot of sourcing and surprisingly enough(or maybe not?), I don’t come across Bratz dolls a ton.

When I saw this whole bin of sealed toys, including a few Bratz dolls, I had to jump on it.

I am pretty happy with the purchase and excited to see what I can make out of it.

Happy Monday everyone!

We had a great bounce back weekend after a slow week last week. 29 orders are going out today (28 eBay, 1 Mercari).

Sales included a nice mixture of items, including everything from some broken crayons and a Yankee Candle to toys and video games.

How were your sales this weekend?

Update to my box of unsorted LEGO that I bought:

I combed through it a few times now and these are all the mini figs I have been able to put together to completion/close to completion.

Each post it has the figure info on it and what, if anything, I am missing. It ended up being a lot of Ninjago, but there was a little bit of Star Wars mixed in too.

Now to figure out what is getting listed individually and what will be bundled. 😃
