Friends,

It is with a bit of sadness that I must inform all of you that The Hopper House will be closing at the end of the year.

Sometimes circumstances come along that make us reevaluate our life priorities. While the last four years have been truly wonderful, the time has come for me to take a break.

For those who know me best, you know that I've loved every minute of being a store owner, an attic rummager, and a new friend.
I've loved listening to stories about where that old lamp came from, and also about how "my children don't want any of my stuff!"

And, for those who know me best, you also know I can't just do nothing. (And since my husband recently began career number two, which has him working from our family room, I'll be on to the next chapter probably sooner that I expected.)

That all said, if you are a consignor and wish to pick up any unsold items, please stop in during normal business hours. Final checks will be sent out the first week of the new year.

If you would like to shop, I'd love to see you.

It's been a pleasure meeting and getting to know so many wonderful people. Your kindness, patience, and support will never be forgotten.

As many of you may have noticed, The Hopper House has been closed the last few weeks. For this, I sincerely apologize. Due to a family illness (unrelated to Covid), I have found myself going from Store Owner to Caregiver.
Thankfully, prayers and positive thoughts have been working and I hope to open up again very soon.
I look forward to seeing all of you throughout the holiday season!
