What You Need to Know About Our Programs:

We Are A Fee for Service Program: Our New instock or speciality order items are items which give 100% of all net proceeds back to Community Investors Incorporated's Programs. We are also a Donation Service Program based upon availability: We do not accept any ripped, torn, uncleanable soiled items (no exceptions). Unfortunately do to space restrictions

we do not accept clothing or baby items. If you can not use it due to it’s condition, we can not use it to assist individuals in need.

--This program is available to anyone regardless of your living location and is based upon availability of items.

--In the case of used furniture; We do not break up sets items are donated to individuals/families in need unless otherwise stated by donor.

--Donations are accepted by appointment only call 504-407-1580 or 337-580-4386 to arrange drop off appointment.

-- We appreciate if our donors do not leave donations after donation hours or when we are closed. We have strict guidelines regarding items being left after business hours, and have security cameras that will record license numbers and will take action if this occurs. If you are unable to drop off your donation during the week due to your work schedule, you may drop them off on Saturday between 1-3pm. We are closed on Sunday and Monday.

--Volunteers are needed to assist with pickup and delivery.

--In agreement with our mission all programs of Community Investors Incorporated are run solely by volunteers.

THIS IS A SHARED RENTAL PROPERTY located in a great safe neighborhood in Church Point which is 15 to 20 minutes from LSUE- with INDIVIDUAL LOCK RENTAL BEDROOMS -UNFURNISHED AND SHARED BATHROOM. RENTAL AMOUNT IS PER UNFURNISHED BEDROOM.

(2 rooms are currently available). Depending on the rental plan you choose, All utilities are equally divided among tenants. Unless you pick the set amount plan, which includes all utilities. No inside smoking of any kind, no pets. Absolutely NO ILLEGAL DRUGS. Must be clean and clean after yourself. Full access to house and yard including laundry accessibility and back fire pit area. Must have great personality. Respect for others and not overly noisy as other college students are studying. Monthly rent is either plan:

$500 plus shared utilities. Utilities shared include. Electricity, water, gas, internet, and yard maintenance - please note there is no cable only internet.
