We are hiring for the 2026 season!
Tea Lane Farm is looking for a Farm Crew Member and a Farm Manager to join our team on beautiful Martha’s Vineyard.
Our 13-acre organic flower farm grows hundreds of varieties of flowers for weddings, farmers markets, florists, and our roadside stand.
We’re looking for hardworking, thoughtful, and dependable people who love farming and working outdoors.
