Rain, Rain, GO AWAY, so my friends can come and play!!! ☔️

Put on your galoshes and puddle jump your way to The Mission Market this morning!!! 💦 We are excited to show you new inventory that we have brought in! It’s starting to really look like summer with the patriotic decor and what a perfect time to start displaying your RED, WHITE, & BLUE! 🎆

I’m personally cleaning and tagging new items from my storage unit this week and can’t wait to fill my spaces here and my booth over in Iron Horse Primitives in Cameron. (I will show those pictures later.) 🏷️

We have had a lot of customers ask about specific items such as quilts, dish sets, tables, and pictures, and asked if we could keep an eye out for them. We love shopping for you and saving you the leg work of driving all over when you can be comfy at home. 👀

We would love to see your smiling face today! You have been such a blessing to us and can’t wait to fellowship with you soon!!!

Good morning from The Mission Market!!!

My vendors and I have refreshed our booths and I can’t wait for you to see them either in store or from their social media posts.

But this morning I wanted to share the heartbeat behind what we do through The Mission Market outreach.

Every month (or thereabouts) we pray over an individual, family, or organization that we can bless. My vendors give generously through proceeds from their booth sales, whatever God lays on their heart to give, through our “Change for Charity” box, donations given by customers, or items donated by customers. And we collect that money at the end of the month and do our best to give back to the community.

This month we were able to bless a sweet family that suffered the loss of a baby. While money could NEVER replace that loss, we pray that it helps cover some medical expenses, bills, or whatever the family needs.

We LOVE our community and are so blessed to be able to give back because God has blessed us BEYOND measure!!!

THANK YOU for continuing to visit and fellowship with us here at The Mission Market! We can’t wait to see you this weekend!!!

While you are out and about dodging raindrops, stop in at The Mission Market to see Carol’s newest creation! These strawberry bowl fillers are worth coming in to see on their own.

But while you are here, you have see all the newest treasures the rest of my vendors have brought in. We have flowers, patriotic decor, new furniture, baskets, picture frames, candles, vases, pictures, and I could list a hundred more items. (Check out Mel’s video from this morning to get a sneak peek of the goodness!)

When you donate and think you are just getting rid of or decluttering, you are actually giving back to your community. These books were donated to us when we first opened the store, and have been waiting for the right person to take them home.

Well, today was the day! A sweet momma came in to shop our store and fell in love with these books! She was excited to have them and when I told her about our mission to give back to the community she had the biggest smile!

100% of the sale from these books went into our missions offering and we can’t wait to pay it forward. We are so blessed by our community and can’t wait to bless our next family with the proceeds of this months sales.

BIG THINGS are happening at The Mission Market this weekend!!!!

We are SO EXCITED to be part of Main Streets Second Saturday and participate in the Small Business City Wide Yard Sales!!! My sweet vendors and I will have discounted merchandise for sale on tables in front of the store (weather permitting) and then NEW MERCHANDISE to come explore inside.

We have had an amazing month already and are filling all the empty spots! I took a few pictures of our empty shelves, nooks, and crannies in anticipation of our NEW merchandise coming in again this week! We can’t wait for you to come see the new treasures! My vendors are simply THE BEST!

For MOTHER’S DAY we are inviting you to bring your mom, or moms bring your daughter, in and receive a FREE GIFT with purchase (while supplies last.) We want to celebrate with you and show our appreciation to all moms out there! (Because of limited supplies, this offer will be available on Saturday only.)

We also have amazing graduation gifts for those headed off to college and wanting to decorate their dorm rooms, or for the college student who is stepping out and getting their first apartment or home! We have amazing housewarming gifts just waiting for YOU!

Blessings from The Mission Market! We have had a busy spring already and so in love with our faithful customers and the new ones that walk through our doors every weekend. What a blessing you are to my vendors and me.

One of the reasons The Mission Market exists is to give back to the community. At the end of every month we take a portion of our sales and the extra change that is donated through our “Change for Charity” box near the register and bless an individual or organization right here in Chillicothe.

Recently we were able to love on Cassie Cranmer as she is walking courageously through her cancer journey. I couldn’t be there for the benefit but one of my sweet vendors was able to go in behalf of The Mission Market and hand Cassie a love offering.

It is because of YOU our faithful customers that we are able to do this every month. I know times are tight right now with everyone’s budgets BUT you have such generous hearts and that is what I love about our community. You step up and support one another through thick or thin.

So while you are out and about this weekend and enjoying the city wide yard sales, stop in and see us and all the new treasurers that we have brought to the store. Not only are you supporting our small business, but you are giving back to our community.

We dodged tornadoes yesterday but it is a BEAUTIFUL day to be out and about today!!! We have added HUNDREDS of new items this week to our booths here at The Mission Market - (just when you think there’s no more room!!!) But we LOVE filling this place with fun and unique gifts and treasures!

THANK YOU to our loyal customers who come and see us on a regular basis! To our new friends who haven’t dropped in yet, we are waiting on ya! So come see us at 403 Locust. We will be here until 3:00 today!
