This is a professional floor refinishing expert ! The customer wanted there red oak floors to not be red . So what we did waS USE A PRODUCT CALLED (RED OUT) it’s a 2 part A&B PROCESS WHICH IS MAGICAL THE WAY IT TRANSFORM THE RED OAK TO WHITE OAK ! Then we stained the floor using (DURA SEAL) weathered oak , and then the absolute best waterbase finish ( my opinion ) LOBA 4 coats !!!

This is LOBA 2 K DUO ITS THE BEST WATERBASE PRODUCT OUT , it’s pricey for a reason , it has a catalyst added to the finish to give it a hardened ceramic based finish when it’s dry it’s 4 coats don’t let someone down price with 4 coats , because there’s a prime coat first then I apply 2 coats of what’s called loba (easy) then then final with either 2k duo or Supra AT ! I like them both but 2k has extra matte which is stunning when done !!! Call 413-275-4436 as many satisfied customers as you would like for references !
