He Tried to Change the Price AFTER We Agreed?! 🛑🤝

We agreed on a solid $240 cash price for a deal. But right when it came time to pay, the customer tried to squeeze out another $10 discount.

In the card community, once you shake hands or verbally agree to a price, the deal is locked in! I stood firm on our agreed price, and we ended up closing it out at the original $240.

He tried to get me under 90%... 🤯

Know your worth! This buyer tried to get me to drop to 85% market value on this massive lot, but you have to protect your margins. We ended up shaking hands at a fair 90%.
