All of our items are created in a clean and smoke-free home. Our current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks after payment is received. During our busy seasons (February through April and September through December) it may be longer. If you need your order to be shipped sooner or have a deadline, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request however a rush fee will be added. Your order MUST be paid for in full before we begin creating your treasures. You will have 48 hours to review and pay your invoice for special orders. Your order will be canceled unless you have made special arrangements with us otherwise. We accept all major credit cards & PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to make a payment. Please make sure to read the invoice for accuracy, including your shipping address, and do not pay until corrections, if any, are made. We also accept PayPal, CashApp, and Zelle for local orders. Please contact us to set up those arrangements. Due to the nature of our business all sales are final. If you are unsatisfied for any reason we will work with you amicably resolve any issues. PARENTAL SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CHILDREN. HAIR ACCESSORIES AND OUTFIT EMBELLISHMENTS MAY CONTAIN SMALL PARTS. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE A CHILD UNATTENDED AS SMALL PARTS COULD POSE A CHOKING HAZARD. Tutu Care: DRY CLEAN ONLY! Please store your tutu in a cool and dry place, such as a closet. Tutus may wilt if stored around warmth and moisture. If necessary you may spot clean with a damp cloth. Custom Shirt & Leggings Care: Turn the item inside out and wash in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Hang dry or dry on cool (no heat) setting. Do not iron directly onto the design area. DO NOT IRON over embellishments such as rhinestones, pearls, bows, etc! Custom Denim Care: For small areas spot clean with a damp cloth. If item must be laundered wash in cold water, gentle cycle, using a mild detergent. Hang dry. DO NOT IRON especially over embellishments such as rhinestones, pearls, bows, etc!
