In efforts to protect the integrity of your items, we will process your orders within 72 hours and ship via UPS with tracking and insurance. Please be advised that unless the items are what we consider to be “dead on arrival” (DOA), Glam Goddess-Fashions will enforce the “EXCHANGE ONLY” policy. Each policy will go as follows

EXCHANGE ONLY: If upon receipt of your purchase from Glam Goddess-Fashions you determine that the item needs to be exchanged (i.e. another size or color), you must report it within 24 hours of receipt of purchase by e-mail [email protected] Please be sure to include the order number, an image of the item and your valid contact information in the e-mail. You must then ship the item back, with appropriate tracking and insurance service through your carrier of choice, within the following 48 hours after you have reported the request for exchange. Once you have received the tracking/insurance information, please forward the information to [email protected]. Upon receipt of product Glam Goddess-Fashions will contact you via the contact information provided to get the new item that you desire. Please be advised that there may be a chance that your item of choice may NOT be available and that it is best to have 2nd and 3rd choice options ready.Glam Goddess-Fashions will then ship your item of choice to the address provided and cover the applicable shipping fees for that particular item. DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA): If you would like to submit an item for DOA review, you must do so within 24 hours of receipt of your order by e-mail [email protected] This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . The e-mail MUST include your order number, item description, contact info and images of the items that are being submitted. Upon receipt of your submission, Glam Goddess-Fashions store will review and advise approval status. If approved, you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the item(s) including shipping fees. Once you receive the notification of approval, you may utilize your store credit. In order to do so, you must e-mail [email protected] with the new item number(s) and your initial order number. REFUSED and/or UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: All refused shipments will be charged 30% restocking fee based on the purchase price of the rejected merchandise(s). All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present / failure to claim will result in a 20% restocking fee.
