It happens at least 1x a thrift trip, I spot a fake of something! This was a fake someone put a ton of effort into, but the feel was all off. Don’t worry about spotting fakes just yet though! Work on the basics, the rest will come, otherwise everything will start looking fake to you 😉

Even though I never pick up the brand when I saw these, I knew it was at least worth looking up. This also gave me a second thought that I probably should dive deeper into what works in this brand since I see them everywhere. It’s a long time coming and I’m definitely late to the game but let this be your notice that if there is a brand that you keep seeing everywhere at the thrift store, there is likely something within that brand that does sell that has value. This is true with Levi’s even though 95% of Levi’s you will find in a thrift are $10-$20 jeans with awful salt rates. This is true for American Eagle, even though 90% of their jeans don’t sell at all this is true for J.Crew and so on. If you can learn these basic brands and make $10-$15 off of those items and find 4 to 5 of those every thrift store trip they will make your thrift store halls that much better that much more profitable and you will see your business grow. Follow more reselling advice like this.

This very well may end up being my favorite find of the year, we will see! I have a few items in that range but I suspect once I clean these up they will go fast and for a premium 😮‍💨 follow for more reseller finds like this!

You have to shop this store differently than most, but if you master that, it is the best hands down. It’s big, uncrowded, and has some serious deals. Granted this is from the men’s section perspective, the women’s section gets way busier but it’s also 2x the size of the men’s. As best as they try to increase price on valuable items, they miss plenty (got my personal pair of Vuori pants for $3 😬)
