The 3 steps I take to feel more clear, calm, and put together while journaling…
1) Clear the mental clutter
Dump out all the to-dos of your day no matter how big or small in the “to-do” column
2) Choose 3 Priorities
Take 3 of your to-dos that are crucial to get done during the day and add them to your priorities section
3) Romanticize your plan
Plan your day by the hour so that no task goes unnoticed! This will keep you calm during the day and make sure everything gets done
