Hello fellow travelers! We are going to post each of the last of our dice over the next day or two. We have both finished and unfinished dice (and some polishing papers for the unfinished ones).
We are going to have a stated price, but will also take best offer- closing after 3 days.
First to comment “taken at price” (and then also pay) will get the set. We are going to do our best to respond and monitor, but please be patient with us 🙏🏻
Feel free to also comment offers on each post, as after 3 days we will take the best offer posted.
You will need to cover shipping (we are based in the USA), but we will do our best to find the best price options💙 (UK peeps, everywhere has been killing us on shipping, like $27 for a bubble mailer at 1lb - so sorry!)

TLDR: We are closing Double Helix Dice.

The short of it, we are working on getting pictures of our final items so we can post them on our Etsy shop page, and will also have a bunch of raw dice. We will have one last shopdrop, and then close shop.
If you are another resin business and looking for any equipment or items, please reach out! We would love for our stuff to make it to good homes.

The long of it is that this was one of the most fantastic and exceptional experiences that we have been a part of. COVID necessitated social bubbles, so we started back up with DnD. Out of that, we started buying dice and had the thought- bet we could make these! We found a supportive community of artisans that were willing to share wins and losses, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues. Through this wild journey, we got to stretch our creative sides, crafting unique dice for specific characters and special campaigns. We shared excitement with younglings looking for their first set of dice and with grandparents looking for meaningful gifts to give. We got to learn about new and different games that use dice, and how many times people use them in their daily lives.
But we have come to a point where it is getting harder and harder to make time to work on dice. We have life struggles, opportunities, and different paths in front of us, and part of that is letting go of Double Helix Dice.

We figured out some ways to make super basic sets. One color, plain white ink, lots of tumbling. These were also the dice that we inked by white paint in a bag! Check out that reel!
