For 2022, I AM SIMPLIFYING my job as a receptionist so I can focus more behind the chair! From Facebook messages, to Instagram DMs, + text messages—a lot of inquires can get lost between the different forms on contact. To limit the loss + simplify my scheduling and consultation work, I am now excepting all hair inquires + bookings via text only at 708 762 3407. PICK YOUR CLIENTS BRAINS when it comes to what they want, what they say, what they show in “hair goal” photos, what they want to spend, how high or low they would like their color maintenance, hair product wardrobe and MUCH MORE! Listen, ask, AND REPEAT back to the client what you heard them say so they can then feel even more comfortable being in your chair! Most importantly, be honest and realistic when it comes to any and everything hair related. Thorough and structural consultations are the foundation to all things good in my salon ✨
