You know when your body just feels different, and you can’t really explain why?
Taking care of yourself should just feel normal. You’re not going to feel the same as every other day, and you’re not supposed to.
Instead of pushing through it, try just paying attention to what your body needs and responding to it.
Heat, real meals, more rest, less stimulation. Simple things, but they actually make a difference.
Most of us were never taught to do that, we were taught to ignore it. And once you stop ignoring it, it gets a lot easier to understand what your body needs and actually take care of it.
You’re not doing anything wrong, it just gets easier when you start noticing 🌸✨
