The Pig Roast & Pumpkin Smash proved to be a winning combination, while the giant pumpkin drop, facilitated by Jake of Meyer Electric, was a crowd-pleasing highlight. The event, graciously hosted and catered by Fire Away Roadhouse & Rest Camp with sponsorship from Orkin of Northwest Wisconsin Region, culminated in a heartwarming display of community spirit, ultimately benefiting the Chetek Food Shelf.
Craig Bierle's generous donation of the giant pumpkin is sincerely appreciated who knew it was filled with such sweet treats. Thank you to Moose Lake Mustard for the basket of goodies. Congratulations its winner an to our 50/50 winners for correctly guessing the weight and outcome of the giant pumpkin smash or plop. We are still calculating the final number but we're over our goal an we can't wait to share the final number!

CWHS is geared up for 𝗛𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗚!! 💜🏈🧡 This annual week-long display of school spirit invites YOU to join in on Friday, Oct. 11 — as the HS Student Council leads the 2024 Homecoming Parade through Chetek.

Parade begins at Roselawn Elementary, then south on 2nd ending at Chetek-Weyerhaeuser MS/HS Campus.

Come out & join us along the parade route to cheer on the CW athletic teams, high school clubs and students as they celebrate being a 𝗖𝗪 𝗕𝗨𝗟𝗟𝗗𝗢𝗚!! 💥

We will be towing the giant pumpkin 🎃 you won't wanna miss it!
