That’s why we encourage guests to add a fifth night to their itinerary — giving you more time to slow down, settle in, and explore Vermont beyond the trail.

Stay an extra night to:
• enjoy a local restaurant
• book a massage or spa treatment
• discover a hidden waterfall or scenic side quest
• browse small-town shops and cafés
• simply relax and soak in the experience

Guests can choose to stay at any of our four inns for their fifth night, though we often recommend staying where you spend your fourth night for the most relaxing experience. Contact our inns directly to make arrangements
