**Shop Policies**
Payment must be received in full before your order will be shipped, within ten days of order placement. If payment is not received within ten days, the order will be cancelled. For any international orders, any duty imposed by the receiving country is beyond our control and is the responsibility of the buyer. Items will be shipped as soon as possible; large orders, large items, or detailed custom orders may take a few days to design and create. Orders are shipped through USPS first class mail, which takes about 2-3 days within the continental United States, or through Priority Mail if they are large items, which takes 1-3 days. Post office runs will be made Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Tracking will be provided, and expedited shipping and insurance are available upon request for an additional fee. For all international orders, customs slips will be filled out truthfully and accurately. Any duty imposed by the country of destination is beyond our control, and we are not liable for extra fees. Unfortunately, all sales are final. However, we are more than willing to work with you; by exchanging your item for one of equal value or altering what you were sent (like lengthening a scarf), free of charge except for the return postage. RETURN POSTAGE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. If your order is lost in the mail, after verifying with post records a replacement will be sent; if both eventually show up, please return one. Custom orders must be purchased within forty-eight hours after the private listing has been created. If it is not placed, the listing will be discarded and if still interested you will have to request the custom again, and the listing fee for both the cancelled listing and the new listing ($0.40) will be added to the cost of the item.

**If items are commissioned in person or pick-up is arranged**
If over a month has passed without payment after the order has already been made, it is fair game to anyone who sees it in the shop's page, and it may be listed on Etsy. If over two months have passed with only partial payment and the order has not been picked up, paid according to the negotiated plan (due to lack of customer response or cooperation, as every attempt will first be made to contact and remind the customer) or the order has been cancelled after it has already been created the payment will not be refunded and the item will be listed in the shop.

**Note: These ARE handmade items; we are humans, not robots, so two of the same item may not be exactly identical. They will be just alike in appearances but discrepancies in stitch tension are possible, which could cause a very minute variance in size (a matter of even millimeters). Please keep this in mind before making judgments about natural variation**
