Good morning friends! Just for fun, here are 10 interesting facts about chickens:
1. They see better than most humans.
2. They dream and love to cuddle.
3. The oldest chicken to live is known to have been 22.
4. Their combs get larger just before they lay.
5. They talk to their chicks before they hatch.
6. They can run up to 9 mph.
7. They love dirt/dust baths to stay clean & cool.
8. A dozen eggs needs 4 lbs. of feed.
9. Chickens truly do have a "pecking order".
10. Chickens generally have friendly personalities.
