A customer emailed before the appointment this morning and said, “If I don’t like the job, I’m going to stop the tech today and tell him to leave.” As a business owner, would you still take this job? On one hand, customers have every right to expect quality work. On the other hand, this feels like a warning that could create a no-win situation for the technician. Would you proceed, have a conversation first, or politely decline the job?
