Quick reminder if you’re interested in becoming a member of Qualla your application and three completed pieces of art are due today June 19, we are open from 8-4:30.

Quick reminder that this Friday June 19, 2026 is the deadline for new membership applications and three completed pieces of artwork made within the last year. Please present your best work in its completed format.
For example: carvings must be finished with oil or lacquer, pottery must be fired, baskets must be rimmed, etc.
We are open from 8-4:30, and your required demonstration with the Board of Directors will be Monday June 22, 2026 at 5:00
Requirements to apply for membership are you must be 16 years old and a member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.

Members of the Southern Highland Craft Guild since 1949, we are honored to represent the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indian artisans at the Craft Fair of the Southern Highlands.
Qualla Arts & Crafts Mutual will be representing historical, traditional and contemporary artwork of the EBCI by master artisans.
Be sure to stop by Harrahs Cherokee Center - Asheville to see beautiful artwork that our rich Appalachian cultures have to offer!

Qualla Arts & Crafts Mutual Board of Directors,Membership, and Staff would like to wish each mom a very Happy Mothers Day! Our mothers gave us life and teach us new things daily, cherish every moment with her!
