1. Lie down on your back with your legs straight and arms overhead. Hold the kettlebell in both hands with arms straight over your head.
2. With arms locked out, bring the kettlebell 90 degrees to directly above your shoulders on an inhale.
3. Then, exhale to sit up all the way and press the kettlebell straight up over your head.
4. Slowly roll down one vertebra at a time, then repeat.
