Spoiler for those who follow our blind daters! One of our couples continued their date at Take The Reins Western Wear & Tack and had custom hats made! This has MADE our trip to Chattanooga! They have both been on our radar but we hadn’t considered them a potential match until yesterday when it finally clicked! Both Dwayne and Faith were able to make it happen we were overjoyed!

💥💥Scam Alert💥💥

Saturday it was brought to my attention by a customer that he had sent me an email to my email address on my website which took me by surprise and I advised him that I didn't have a website and that was probably a scam. Today while talking to DuoDigital Business Solutions they found that someone has been directing business leads off of my Google page to their website which ive added a photo of below. I want to say that I have absolute zero affiliation with oakgrad / oakgrad.com who ever they are and however long they have been funneling over customers has potentially cost me many many sales/opportunities!
Thanks to DuoDigital Business Solutions they jumped on this issue immediately and began to investigate on how to remedy the problem! We are now on the path to correct and update this information as well as building me an official website!

Casey and Son Horseshoeing School is hosting a United Farriers Association Clinic, this is a free Clinic open to the public, if you would like to learn come join them from 9 am-5 pm on Saturday August 8! I will be there set up with plenty of straw hats also so you can get you a fresh new lid while you're there!

Take the Reins Western Wear & Tack will be set up as a vendor for the UFA Clinic on Saturday, August 08, 2026. Tex will be here from 10-5. We are excited to have him!
Come by and check out his hat selection. If you purchase a hat, he will hand crease it on site.
Remember, there is no admission fee for the clinic. Come learn, mingle, eat, and get a hat!
