This month, we’ll be discussing Imogen Binnie’s beloved road trip novel, Nevada. Credited with inspiring a trans literary movement, this book’s got it all: Brooklyn booksellers, le***an drama, and cruising for q***r community at Walmart.

Last night was one for the books 📚🎻
A packed house gathered to celebrate the release of Alicia Jo Rabins’ new memoir, When We’re Born We Forget Everything.
We were treated to fantastic readings of new work by Joshua Boettiger and Franz Nicolay, interspersed with discussion and music - including what might be The Chatham Bookstore’s first singalong.
Such a memorable night - thank you for bringing your friends, wisdom, and words!

We’re so excited about this upcoming event - on Saturday evening, March 28, writer and musician Alicia Jo Rabins will be reading from and discussing her new memoir, When We’re Born We Forget Everything. Joining her in conversation are musician and writer Franz Nicolay and professor and writer Rabbi Joshua Boettinger. In addition to reading from their work and discussing common threads, we’ve heard that these talented multi-hyphenates might also play an acoustic song or two…🎶🎤
