La Vache caramels are handcrafted using traditional French techniques and incorporating local and seasonal ingredients from some of the best producers around. We use local honey, organic molasses, and organic brown rice syrup in our recipes and we firmly believe these ingredients give our caramels incredible personality. All of our caramels are created without preservatives, ensuring the most natural, made from scratch sweet treat.
