Done is better than perfect.

Here is my introduction. It isn't polished. There is some serious wind noise. At one point, I trip over my words and call it a "vlog style vlog."

I almost deleted it to re-record, but I decided to leave it exactly as it is.

Why? Because I want to document the reality of building this business. No magic editing, no waiting for the perfect shot. I want you to see the progression. The videos will get cleaner, the audio will get crisper, and the business will grow—but you need to see where it started to appreciate where it’s going.

We’ve officially set up the Crateful "Command Center." The shipping station is ready to pack orders, and the photo booth is prepped to make your items look amazing. It’s starting to feel like a real headquarters in here.

I just picked up the keys to Crateful’s new storage unit. It’s not much to look at yet—just concrete and a light hanging from the ceiling—but to me, this doesn't look empty. It looks like potential. It looks like a blank canvas ready for what comes next.
