It is with sadness that we will close our business at The Posh Peasant at the end of this month. I want to thank all of the dedicated staff at Blacklion for all of their support and energy over the last four years. Most of all, I want to thank BiBi. Without this woman who always has a smile on her face, I could have never lasted as long as I did. Her loyalty and kindness is something that is hard to find these days. I know her presence will be missed at Blacklion and I am sorry but I am taking her with me. We don't know what the future holds for us but we are thankful for our time spent with the Blacklion family. Bob, Nita and Trisha you have been a pleasure to work with and I wish you all the best in this new year.
