My friend Alyssa ran the store for me today so I could be with my son for his birthday...and apparently multiple customers called her my name and didn't seem to notice that she wasn't me...and if you were one of those people I just want to say THANK YOU!! The idea that anyone thinks I look like this gorgeous woman pretty much just made my whole year 😍🤘🏼😄

If you ever need help telling the difference, I'm the really pale one 😂

It's "Tell Me Tuesday" again! Tell me what you've been reading....what's been good, bad and in-between?

I'll start! This month I read 'Hidden Pictures' by Jason Rekulak, 'Lock Every Door' by Riley Sager, 'Mean Streak' by Sandra Brown, 'I've Got Your Number' by Sophie Kinsella, 'The Fury' by Alex Michealides, and 'Paper Palace' by Miranda Cowley Heller.

I honestly liked all of them...they were all very different. LOVED the fact that there were actual picture in Hidden Pictures. Lock Every Door had a gory twist that was pretty interesting and Paper Palace struck some deep cords in my heart. The Fury had a good twist, Michealides is always good at that!!

*Sunday, August 16th: Cozy Corner Bookclub at 9am, discussing Isola by Allegra Goodman, AND 'Mats and Mimosas' happening at Auxo Winery at 11:30am (Please pre-register on our yoga site)

*Tuesday, August 18th: Painting party with artist Kristen Adams-Zamora, painting a beautiful summer succulent from 6pm-8pm

*Saturday, August 29th: Children's Story Time with SeeSee the golden retriever . Free and all are welcome!
