If you were out at the Outlet Mall on Saturday, 7 March 2020, and lost your wallet, we found it in the parking lot and turned it into the Information Center at the food court as we couldnt find a security office.
Today I was reminded that there are good people among us . Last night I noticed my bracelet... one of my first gift from my husband was not on my wrist .... this morning in a panic I started searching my entire house, tearing apart my room, my car everyplace and everything and nothing. Where could it possibly be? Sunday I had only been two places, my brother’s house and then to Banana Republic I decided to call the store and to my surprise the girl said, yes your Tiffany bracelet is here!!! Thank you so very much!

Extremely disappointed. We rushed straight there after a long day at Carowinds. Got here as soon as we could and the doors to the one store we wanted to visit were locked five minutes early at 8:55. To add insult to injury the staff smiled at us and shrugged while they were leaning on the counter doing nothing.
I worked retail for years at another outlet, and this kind of behavior was never accepted in my store. We would have been reprimanded by leadership, and possibly had our hours cut.
We knew exactly what we wanted to buy and wouldn’t have taken up any of your extra time.
I currently own two restaurants and if someone tries my doors five minutes before closing we do our best to accommodate them, even big parties that are going to keep us there an extra hour because we are interested in giving our customers a great experience.
We will return to different outlets tomorrow, because I refuse to give this location my business in the future.
Although I’m certain that doesn’t matter one bit, because I’ve already been shown what these outlets think of their clients.
Great deals and we appreciated the military discount along with the military parking reserved throughout the parking lot .
