Now Hiring FT assembly line/production positions in Charlestown, IN.

Hours - Monday thru Thursday 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

$14.00 Hourly Base Pay - After 90 days wage increase

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Ins – Employees pay only $100 per month for Medical Insurance

401k w/max company match – No waiting period

Paid Days Off – 6 Holidays plus Birthday, Employment Anniversary, Vacation Time

Specialty Manufacturing is hiring general assembly/production line workers in Charlestown, Indiana. The 4-day work week is Monday thru Thursday FT, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 pm. with a 3-day weekend every week.

Paid holidays after 90 days of employment include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Our facility is clean, air conditioned, and provides a nice working atmosphere.

After one year, vacation time is awarded:
1 year – 1 week
2 years – 2 weeks
8 years – 3 weeks
15 years – 4 weeks
Plus, after one year, your birthday and employment anniversary are a paid day off.

We are hiring a first shift Materials Handler including driving a forklift. Starting at $18 per hour with a raise after 90 days. Immediate benefits. Medical insurance for employees is $100 per month. Dental, vision, and life insurance is available. We have a 401k plan with the company matching the maximum.
