I've been drinking Vanilla protein shakes for breakfast on the go. Just started adding a scoop of the chai tea mix it. It's now like a fancy Starbuck's drink.

Lots of leftover cabbage? Cooked up some hamburger, all my leftovers (☘) cabbage and carrots, the Asian skillet meal and little shake of GF soy sauce.

It's tastes like Chinese food. Could be done with chicken or shrimp too! Skillets meals like the healthy version of hamburger helper..

Dinner tonight 4 kids to feed..5pm had no plan. A package of chicken and no fresh veggies to work with..
Sautéed the chicken in garlic galore, gf Alfredo, and frozen spinach.
Made a side of pasta for the kids, a Millet for my husband and I. Boom. 5:41 dinner is done. Wine, and back to my puzzle..
