Dear Friends and Valued Customers,

After much thought and careful consideration, I have made the decision to close the physical location of Autumn Sky at 311 Washington St W. This has not been an easy decision, but I believe it is the best step forward.

Please note that this is not the end of Autumn Sky as a business. I will continue to offer my services, including psychic readings and consultations, as well as providing products for purchase. Moving forward, all services and purchases can be arranged through Facebook Messenger.

I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you for your unwavering support since we opened our doors in January 2023. It has been an honor to serve the community, and I look forward to continuing to provide for your spiritual and metaphysical needs in this new chapter.

Lessons from depression.

1. Having a public meltdown will show you who will be there, but others will quietly walk away.
2. No one is dealing with the same thing, but most are dealing with something.
3. It's easier to pull yourself together in the bathroom than in front of people.
4. People can tell.
5. Some people will treat you differently and some will open up about what they are going through.
6. Sometimes it really is just paranoia.
7. It’s more noble to respond with compassion than react with frustration because it’s harder.
8. Honoring those who stand by you is important.
9. It’s more noble to get help than it is to suffer in silence.
10. No one can help you if they don’t know you're in pain.
11. There are some weird physical symptoms. Learning yours can help you get ahead of an episode.
12. If you depression dump on Facebook some people will check on you and some will unfriend you.
13. 2 and 12 Are not bad things.
14. If someone responds to you having a meltdown by yelling or being mean they are probably going through something. That doesn’t mean you have to tolerate it.
15. Your mental health isn’t your fault, but it is your responsibility.
16. Some people are going to not want to be your friend because of vibes. You don’t have to impress them.
17. It takes about a month to get into therapy.
18. People will define you by one stupid thing you said. Doing better also means letting it go.
19. If you’re having a break it’s okay to reach out to as many people as you need to till you get someone.
20. 988 is the Lifeline number.
21. It’s okay to not be okay even if you think you should be okay.
