We recently welcomed members of Sonepar’s shareholder family to the U.S. for visits at Capital Electric outside Washington, D.C., and Crawford Electric Supply in Houston.

The family met with associates, toured our facilities, and received updates on the business and operations at both operating companies. As a family‑owned organization, the opportunity to connect directly with our teams and see the business on the ground is an important part of how Sonepar operates.

How did we celebrate International Women's Day and ? Here are a few snapshots:

Summit Electric associates volunteered with Girls Inc. for a “Day in the Life” event, introducing students to career opportunities in electrical distribution through a facility tour and a Women in Leadership panel. We're proud to parnter with Girls Inc at locations across the US, and this event was sponsored by two of Sonepar's employee resource groups, BOLD and WATT.

Codale’s WATT group gathered to create 2026 vision boards focused on personal and professional growth.

The Sonepar U.S. Inclusion Council and Viking's Electric's WATT ERG participated in the Give to Gain theme.

And in Maitland, our team rolled up their sleeves to support a build with Habitat for Humanity.
