Creating is a great way to relieve stress, anxiety and to center in the present moment. I’ve always felt that pouring candles is akin to a zen 🧘‍♀️ meditation. The soothing scents and the slow pour of melted wax is a great way to focus awareness. Even if you pause for a few moments to watch this while being intentional with your breathing, it’s a great way to center and re-connect. Enjoy!
