My life's journey has taken unexpected turns, exceeding my initial expectations. Upon joining the Air Force, my sole intention was to complete college and transition out. However, I retired 20 years later. During this period, I diverted from nursing school due to unforeseen circumstances. Subsequently, I spent 13 remarkable years working full-time with the Air National Guard, for which I remain grateful. In 2022, I made the strategic decision to resign and establish BK Creations, officially launching in May 2023. The past 18 months have been phenomenal, fostering invaluable connections with customers and friends. This transitional phase allowed me to discern God's true calling. After prayerful consideration, I have decided to close BK Creations' storefront, effective November 8. I will continue producing shirts from home while pursuing my nursing degree, commencing January. I eagerly anticipate acceptance into the ADN program within the coming months.
